NHC New Food Additive Registration in China

Under the Administrative Measures on New Food Additives (MoH Order No. 73) released in 2010, companies shall submit new food additive registration to the National Health Commission (NHC) in China. Only after the new food additive has passed the safety review by the NHC, can it be used in food production in China.
